Please join us for the IIDA Alabama June Forum in Birmingham. The tour will be at Mile End Deli across from Railroad Park and will include complimentary food sampling platters.
Mile End Deli is a 3,000 sf renovation of an existing corner retail space located in the base of an existing multifamily building. Mile End Deli consists of a retail bakery/deli, kitchen, 50 seat dining area, 12 seat bar, and a 26 seat patio. This course highlights the importance of how the layout and design of the restaurant and kitchen create an efficient workflow and food service, and enhances the customer and employee overall experience.
The tour is open only to IIDA members and will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please be on time!
