Join us as we kick-off our new, quarterly IIDA Alabama Wellness Events!
Trail expert, Steve Ponte of Ponte Therapeutic Massage, will lead our group on a hike through Red Mountain park. Meet us at the main entrance of the park.
Don't forget to wear fitness attire with hiking or trail shoes. Water will be provided at the start of the hike, but you are encouraged to bring your own water bottle.
