Course Description
Affordances are the characteristics of an object or space that encourages a certain behavior. This 1-hour course explores the concept of affordances and their impact on the workplace experience. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of how physical, emotional, and cognitive affordances influence employee behavior and performance. By delving into the science behind affordances, attendees will learn how to apply these principles to create spaces that support well-being, productivity, and collaboration.
