Join IIDA Alabama for a CEU presented by Portobello America, hosted by TileBar at Brian’s Flooring & Design.

This course explores how global cultural movements, social behavior, and emerging human needs shape contemporary tile and surface design. Through a research-driven approach, participants will examine how insights from international fairs, digital culture, and collaborative practices develop into broader trends influencing materiality, color, form, and texture. The course follows the design process from observation and research through concept development and production.

The course is approved for 1.0 AIA LU and 0.1 IDCEC CEU.
